If the property is that of a minors separate one, it cannot be transferred even by the natural guardian without the permission of the court, how ever if the property is in the form of an undivided interest of the minor in the Hindu joint family,it can be transferred by the the natural guardian as a karta of the family without the permission of the court. the minor in that case can challenge the alienation within three years on attaining majority.
