Madam/Sir,
What will be the Cause title for an impleading Petition and under what Order and rule an applicant may be impleaded in a civil suit for property litigation.

it is a land litigation case, the original owner has sold the same land to many. And when this ppl tried to construct, they have come to know that the land belong to cantonment board, and later the original owner filed a case in the court that these lands belong to him and not to the cantonment board.
Now i hav a question like:
1. one of my client wants to implead in the case, so how can he do?
2. should he be impleaded as Plantiff or Defendant, coz the original owner sold the land to him by cheating and even the Cantonment Board is made a party as defendants.
