Dear Sirs, We asked our developer to handover us the OC. Our developer has given us the copy of letter which is attached herewith for your reference. Need to know, is this the Occupancy Certificate? The Condition of 270A is completed but after due date mentioned in attached letter. Secondly, one of my friend said that OC is a kind of Certificate which a society has to frame in its Society Office. Please guide. Please share a format of OC so that we can ask for similar one.

No document is attached, if you have doubt about OC you may contact nearby another Society of the area or local lawyer.
