If evidence is given by Plaintiff as a deponent by way of Affidavit by repeating the
the things mentioned in the Plaint, is it must to repeat clause relating to cause of action ALSO as mentioned in the plaint or that clause should be IGNORED as cause of action is required to be mentioned in plaint ONLY.

PLEASE CLARIFY.

can language be different in affidavit from that mentioned in the plaint for cause of action but keeping the meaning same in the affidavit as mentioned in the plaint?
