Medical negligence

if some medicle stores are selling band medicines, and doctors are also giving prescriptions of band medicines, how can we complain about this illegality? can we do pil if we have some prescriptions as evidence?

You can complaint to the medical council of the state.

Ususally medical stores keep the medicines presribed by Doctors located in that area... Can you tell what is the actual issue in your query ?

I think that you are saying about BANNED medicines... If that is so you complain to medical council as suggested by Adv. Rajoo.

You can also lodge complaint to Drug Officer of the area.
