Great grandfathers property rights

(Querist) 24 August 2013 This query is : Resolved
Great Grandfather's (A) own property got transferred to his son (adopted son, my grandfather) after he died.

My Grandfather (B, died recently) survived with 3 sons (C, D, E) and 3 daughters.

My Grandfathers inherited property is yet to be divided among his 3 sons.

1) Me (only son of C) has any right in the property?
2) Who will have rights on the property? Great Grandsons or Grandson?

Please provide information.
Thanks in advance.
