Accident

Suppose one person went on a street road, and the local people has put their some bed and other things on the road and due to that the person has got an accident with the bed of those residents and due to less care of that child the person with his motor has got an accident with the Girl of that residents. and due to serous injury from the bed sheet of that people with the Girl the Girl has died after some treatment. So, now the problem is how to tackle with this case in the side of the Motor driver. Because the people are trying to make the road narrow because of their luggage and beds are lying on the road. but obviously the person or any driver got an accident. So, what would be the outcome of this problem. Please someone help me to understand the case and section 304 a of the legal sections. because the third party has registered the case against motor driver of section 279, 337 and 304 a. so, what should i do in this case.
