sir/mam, i am balu, was working as a accounts manager on Coimbatore in a pvt. co., in the march 2013, i was going to a private coaching center run by a CA in Coimbatore for my cwa course. instead of her personal urgent commitment with somebody else, i gave her rs. 1,50,000.00 with out any document for a week time hand loan. after a long interval , i didn't get the amount. my repeated reminders , she given me one 20 rs stamp paper indicates the loan will be settles on 31.08.2013. today, she told us , no idea about the repayment of the amount and also she told us u can go anywhere including ca institute , court . i cant give the money. now what can i do.. she is a ACA and LCS . running 3 ca coaching institutes in coimbatore and pollachi. money is not a matter to her. i have the only evidence of the documnet. one more my friend is also in my stage with her. is there any code of contact for CAs for money borrowing. if i make any complaint against her in ca institute and auditor association , shall i get any remedy. please advice at the earliest.thankx

did you advance money by cash or cheque? did the acknowledgement of liability by Ca mention that she would repay amount with interest?
issue legal notice to CA . file summary suit for recovery of money .
complain to CA association wont be of any use .

If the liability and your payment was acknowledged, you may proceed legally as advised by the expert ajay sethi ji. Well advised that you can get no relief on Complaining to CA Institute.

she writes in the deed repayment only for principal not interest. borrowing for her business use.amount given by cash on 04.06.2013. deed reced on 24.07.2013.
