Quash proceedings at the stage of appearing allowed or not

dvc case has been registered which is at appearance stage directly we can go for high court or district court? at this stage quash proceedings petition is allowed in the hon'ble high court?
in this case no of respondents are 8,can we seek permission from the court to appear one respondent on behalf of the others?
if any crpc procedure for this queries pls expalin the sections of crpc.
if any citations related to these queries pls give me information.

fight Dv case on merits . courts are generally reluctant to quash DV proceedings . without going through the allegations made in the complaint we cannot advise you .
in DV case not necessary that all respondents appear on each date . it would be sufficent if represented by an advocate and one or two respondents . make application for exemption from personl appearance .

Generally the courts are reluctant in quashing the DV proceedings. Defend the case on merits. Discuss with your lawyer.
