Govt employee harrasment.

(Querist) 08 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/Madam,

My query is regarding a govt employee harassing us on behalf of his brother's private business who unfortunately have defaulted against us in payments...

It happened that the business entity had placed orders to us for supplying them 400 M.Tons feed material however as per terms of advance payments they did not make compliance of it duly. They also however adding did not honor their cheque and delayed the payment of the cheque until they were ready to pick up 50% of the order... It is on that very date that they did make partial payment of the dishonored cheque and thus suspecting their credibility we did not allow pickup of the material...
After that situation they neither did comply with the terms nor did they actually come forth with credible payment assurances.
Apparently now they are claiming refund of their advances...

We do not really understand whether we should be approaching the law against the business entity for asking this govt employee to harass us and hence need your expert panel advise of what should be the correct course before actually appointing a legal service...

We do really look forward to your humble advise...

Regards
Ms. Arifa Saleh
