presentation of cheque

After 31st of July 2013 RBI has stopped the function of non CTS cheques.Now can a cheque dated 15th of July be presented within its validity I.e 3 months till 15th of Oct?

You can present the cheque, without any difficulty, because as of now the RBI has not stopped the function of non cts cheque. The deadline may be extended. So you can present the cheque and the bank must accept it.
