Police misbehaviour & abuse

IF POLICE MISBEHAVES, HURLS ABUSES, AND TRIES TO WARD OFF FROM POLICE STATION, Means if there is Misconduct by the police Person..Then what is the Sureshot remedy for booking those police Person in question.????

IS there any remedy by filing affidavit in the High Court......???

PLEASE DONT MENTION COMPLAINING TO THE POLICE COMMISSIONER.

PLEASE DONT MENTION ANY ADVISE WHICH IS IRRELEVANT AND NOT TO THE POINT.
