on insolvency of a person, can official assignee sue on a contract even if he is not a party to the contract?
answer: yes
.
.
.
but, the indian contract act,1872 says.....
on adjudication, insolvents property lies in the hands of official receiver and he has no power to deal with that property.thus he cant enter any contract regarding the same.after getting the "certificate of discharge" he can make all types of contracts just like an ordinary person.

thus, i cant understand how does a insolvent person can sue on a contract?
can you solve this out?
@"SARVESH K" sir!
