Franking?

(Querist) 28 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir,
I am going to make Franking of Deed Agreement between to Parties A & B contained A Party giving Money Rs,55,00,000/- to B Party
for Film Produce
Pl let me How much percentage i need to pay for Franking Dept.
some one said 0.5% Percent but need confirmation.
