sir

i have been suffering by 304B case last
15 year lower court given punishment but high court given appeal bail, time of incident i was not present at my house doctor postmortem report cause of death could not be certain i want to disposal my case from high court how it will be possible i want to know that how many % this type case depend on doctor report.
