Sir
The Estate Officer passed the eviction (THE PUBLIC PREMISSES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT) on 24-11-2011
After that my client filed a civil injunction suit, the suit is pending. But where as the inter application of injunction dismissed on 08 April 2013.
(my client wrongly filed a civil suit)
Thereupon the Estate officer locked the premises on 08-08-2013 all the my client material articles are inside the accommodation
on 1st August my client preferred an appeal on the orders of Estate Officer under section 9 of (THE PUBLIC PREMISSES (EVICTION OF UNAUTHORISED OCCUPANTS) ACT) with a delay of 599.
My client pleaded only wrong guidance my previous Advocate, and illetracy
In the Arguments stage what are the points she argue to condone delay of 599 days.

There are numerous citations which clearly establish that the delay shall definitely be condoned wherein the applicant approach wrong forum on wrong advice. Do search on indiankanoon.
