Hi
there was a fir register under 420,120against 4-5 accused out of that only one accused participated in the investigation also got bail from the high court none of the other participated in the investigation now the accused who participated in the investigation is going for fir quashing as inspite there were no proof against the person in whole investigation still police has filled charge sheet only against that person and declared other as po yet to be declared by the court so pls advice what should be done
