The Maharashtra court has an online site as below http://court.mah.nic.in/courtweb/index.php
Through this site we can view the roznama and orders as well. In my case, since the case was in different district i used this site to watch for the next hearing date. All this time it showed, the status 'Pending order' from the judge. It still shows the same. However, after filing the application of a hard copy of the rozname, we came to know that the order was passed 6 months before which it wasn't actually and the dates in the roznama have been manipulated. And now the date to appeal the decision has passed.
Can the online roznama be used as a proof against this ? Does the online roznama have validity ?

There must be a disclaimer in the site that the information in the site is may not be authentic and the viewers are advised to refer to the court for actual report.
You can not do on the basis of this though you may refer this anomaly in your delay petition while preferring appeal.
