A person after borrowing money from me executed a pronote in his own handwriting in favour of me promising that he will pay to me money as and when demanded by me.Now I want to endorse pronote in favour of another person at different place Can I ?

the promissory note by an endorsement at the reverse of the note can be transferred to another person by the holder for which the borrower will sign the same acordingly

Is it mandatory for the holder of pronote to take consent from maker of pronote before endorsing it in favour of another person at different place?
