Not received online order in time

Dear All
I have ordered 1 Micro SD 8GB memory card from Rediff shopping.Did payment online via netbanking on 6th November it has been passed 21 days but till date order is not dispatched from the seller of Rediff shopping. I did followup 3 times on the toll free number given by rediff but the executive not yet till able to dispatch the order.
Can i file a complaint for it where i wasted my time and money. Where to do the complaint of same kindly guide.What is the remedy for same.

If you are able to trace out the mailing address of the said online marketing company then you can send a Legal Notice and file a case in Consumer Forum and you can also file a Criminal Case in Magistrate Court.Otherwise you should lodge a complaint to the Cyber Crime Branch of Police.
