I want to start a proprietorship concern for manufacturing and selling beauty product in northern India; however for opening of bank account bank asking for at least two registration of the firm.
My questions are:
1. What are the offices where I can get such registration?
2. Where will be the situation of these offices?
3. How much time required to get the registration?
4. What will be the documentation requirement and fee that I need to pay?

You have planned to start a business and these are some of the essential requirements for business, the best person will be an assistant sitting in the front desk in the registrar office or engage a lawyer who will be able to assist you with the formalities required to be complied with.

A sole proprietorship firm is never registered under Registration of firms and societies rather you can get it registered under Shops and Commercial Act of your State.
