Leagel hair certificate

Sir,

Please advise how to take legal hair certificate as my father passed away 2.5 years ago and my step mother is there but she is not well sound so i want to give up to my aunt (my fathers sister) how to get the legal hair of it.

Your question is confusing. You are asking Legal Heir Certificate. If you want to get Legal Heir Certificate, there are two ways. One should get from Mandal Revenue Officer of your locality and the other one is from Court. These two things depending upon your necessity of the nature.
(2) I am not understanding what you are expecting from us is:-

Legal Heirship Certificate is issued by Tehsildar but all the legal heirs of the deceased shall have to be mentioned in that certificate.
