my room has gone under development by SRA and developer had made agreement with my mother for alternate accomodation for which he was paying monthly rent of that accomodation till project would not be completed but out of 2 years he has paid 11 months rent and now not ready to pay. the project work is going on and we have no shelter my room was on my mothers name and she is no more society was asking me for NOC to my brother for rent amount where can i file complaint against developer harrassing me

developer is absolutely correct . room was in your mother name . on death of your mother you and your brother are legal heirs . how can he pay you rent . tommorrow your brother will claim from developer . resolve issue within family only . then approach developer
