Dear Sir/Madam,
I have property i.e land in village savantwadi sindhudurg(MH).In such property i have 75% holding as per 7/12.but another person who have 25% holding as per 7/12 he file a case on me for property distribution,i ready for the same but he not want property he want my house which is on my name &where i live with my family.
The case was file in 2008 but till today he is not present for a single hearing in court.i told to my advocate to dismiss the case & take action against him but he not do anything.so i request u to suggest me what i can do? can i take action if yes the what? under which section?

If your lawyer is not hearing to you , better change your lawyer.

Change the lawyer if you don't trust.
Remember tat it is not necessary to go every date in Civil matter. Parties need to attend court only when evidence led by them.
However, get copy of entire proceeding [ u can get it as party, the certified true copy of it, including Roznama,,& get it checked and get a Opinion of any Sr. Advocate from Ratnagiri / nearby Civil Courts.
He will suggest what was wrong, and how to do/ what to do in ur fvr.

You are holding the properties at present. So why do you worry about the delay? It is for the other party to worry.

If you feel your advocate is not conducting your case properly, change him, do not remain with him suspecting him always.
