girl of 22 married a boy believing his statement that he has to pass only the last sem of MBA and he is 30 years
without informing the girs family marriage was conducted in a temple in the presence of the boy's relatives
only at the time of signing the regester she came to know that heis 38.
his relatives told that he is only pre degree
she started crying and the next day m,orning went back to her home from the police station ( her father has filed a complaint on her missing)
on annulin the marriage is this a good ground?

consent to marriage has been obtained by fraud you can move court for annulment of marriage

thanks, but is there any provision to file a joint petition for annulment? just to avoid any unnecessary complication?
now what we want is peacefull and speedy remedy.

is husband ready for annulment ? you file for annulment. husband can in counselling and in his reply to petition mention that he has no objection to marriage being annulled
