Sir, m in possession n occupation of one flat, and the same is been purchased 8years back n d same fall within d jurisdiction of municipal corporation, and even there are 155 buildings in our vicinity which have also obtained proper bldg permission and even completion certificate, however are n all this 155 bldg are nearby central railway line. Now sir d greivance is central railway served us a final 3rd time notice to all thiss 155 bldgs and its occupier stating that evict all our premise and handover d peace full possession of land on which this 155 bldg are constructed to them as all this land is been reserved 15years back for central railways, however, till today no acquisition and awards procedure is been carried. So sir I wanted 2 know how cm they can do so, as + 90 bldg out of the 155 bldgs are constructed even prior to reservation and what are the consequentials benefits for which we are entitled and even what will they provides inturn of d same.

you can move court and challenge the notice issued by central railway . obtain stay from eviction . take the issue with local politicians , since this is a election year and every political party wants vote they will take up the issue with railways . after all votes of residents of 155 buildings count

Move to court and take stay on the acquisition move by the Railways. The case would be decided on merit. Contact your lawyer.

Contact a local lawyer, file an injunction suit immediately against the railways restraining them from evicting you other than by due process of law.
