Civil suit

(Querist) 26 February 2014 This query is : Resolved
I have filed a Civil Suit in the City Civil Court. It is undefended Suit. However, on one date I could not appeared before the Court and now it is dismissed for default. Then-after I have taken out the Notice of Motion for restoration and I have given sufficient causes for the non appearance.
There is no delay in filing NOM as well as for applying certified copy. But unfortunately a bona fide mistake was done by my clerk and wrong dated was typed in the Affidavit of the NOM. Therefore the Court was under impression that there is delay in applying the certified copy of the Oder of dismissal.
Now I want to restore the matter asap.. So My query is What remedy is available to me now?
Should I prefer Review or I should take out 2nd NOM for restoration of 1st NOM as well as main Suit.?
Can i just mention the matter by filing the preceipe so I can pray for restoration of NOM..or 2nd NOM is required??

File a supplementary affidavit stating the mistake.
No need for Review or second NOM.
