A hindu man had a live in relationship with a hindu married women (her case against her husband is pending in court). The man was residing with the women and with her sister.
when the man come to know about the fact that his live in partner is a married women he feel some thing and marry a girl legitimately of his choice and left the live in women partner and now staying with his own wife.
his wife is with him and supporting him. but the live women partner feel betrayel and threatening the ex live live in man partner to case against him if he would not divorce his legitimate wife and not join her in the live arrangeement again. so my querry is what could be dissasterious for the man and women partner from all angle plz suggest from all side??

Since the Lady with whom he was having LIVE In Relationship is yet to get Divorce and the relationship is illegal.Just ignore her and do not have further contacts with her.Consult a good lawyer explain every thing and keep him up dated for your safety

You have nothing to worry. The lady having been married, she can not risk her marriage to put you in trouble.
However try to settle the issue amicably.

For assurance i want a certified copy of the case in pending by the women against her husband should i go for obtaining the case record and what is the process of getting such case record copy which is still pending or else from the district court.??

Please do not try to be innocent as if you had relationship without prior knowledge of her marriage. Now you enjoyed and abandoned. Though she does not right over the issue as she is not divorcee at yet,l you will have to face some music in return of the enjoyment. Face it now and do not commit same mistakes again.

In this case, the person who was having live in relationship with a married woman, on coming to know that she was already married to somebody, he abruptly discarded her and legally married an unmarried/spinster and living a married life with her, but the previous partner is torturing him to give up his wife and restart life with her, she cannot force him to do so legally and she has no grounds to make a complaint against him. This man's present wife has got no complaints against her husband and she cannot make a complaint about his live in relationship with some women before his marriage. She will remain his wife and he her husband, if this relationship gets spoiled, then the women friendly legal actions will follow suit.
