Sir/Madam,
I'm Rajasekar born in 1975. My parents registered my birth in 1983 with court order. They failed to retain the court judgement copy that permitted delayed registration. My parents claimed their french nationality and settled in France. In order to grant me nationality, the french government is requesting the court order - judgement copy to verify the legal relationship and justify the delayed birth registration. We approached the sdm court here for the judgement copy. They have responded stating search for judgement copy was unsuccessful and whereabouts of the copy not known as the court has been shifted few times and as case pertains to 1983.
Pls advice a way to get the judgement copy or an equivalent to that which can serve as a proof of biological and legal relationship with my parents.
Thanks,
Rajasekar

Your father may have given copy of the judgement to the registration office for registration of birth, try from there.

You have to apply for certified copy of Judgement and Decree from the concerned court. it is very difficult to find out old records, but not impossible. You have to spend some amount. If you require any help you can call me 7893011777 or ravinder2345@gail.com.
Alternative you can follow the advice of Rajendera K goyal.
