Class i heirs of hindu succession act

(Querist) 04 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
A hindu male ABC has step mother. ABC's real mother(who has given birth to ABC) is dead.ABC has some self earned property.Also ABC has wife and son.Now,if ABC dies without making a will,can ABC's step mother be treated as class I legal heir of ABC for ABC's self earned property?

no only wife and son would be class 1 heirs

Agreed.
A step-mother is not entitled to get property of her (step) son or her (step) daughter.
