Hi Experts,
i am working women & i am earning Rs.12000/- PM my husband is not staying with me form last 10 months can claim from intrim maintence from my husband. my husband earning around 25000/- pm. All stridhan 7 other things lying at my husband house. if i am not able to claim for intrim maintence so can i claim for my dowery amout is givn my fahter & stridhan & other things from my husband. please suggest me expert. If i prove in court i am no working then i calim for intrim maintence ?

you can claim your stredhaan , your dowry items from your husband .
dont make any false statement in court .since you are working dont suppress the said fact

yes, you can claim not only interim but also permanent maintenance too.if there is any sufficient ground to live saperate with him.
you can claim all dowry or stridhan from him after file a case under section 406 of ipc.
