respectd experts,
I want to knw the value and procedure of same day hearing order of high court for bail..
2,.,,what are the chances to get bail in a counter/cross case u/s 452,323,,324,336,498a,506, with the above said order of high court..
our case is pre registrd on the oposit party u/s 452,323,147,427,506..,the matter is in u.p. state.
husband of plaintiff in case of 498a is living with her separatly ,so he doesnt need bail,..she made acusd her father in law and. brother in law only..plz help thanku..

Generally in cross cases the court takes liberal approach. However without perusing the concerned FIRs it is difficult to comment on the merit of the cases.
In absence of husband in the case, the case suffers from lack of merit and hence chances of getting bail is higher.
