How to value the fair value consideration?
How to value the cost?
Is it capital indexation available?

When a cover designer or artistic draws the photos or artistic drawsch the photo and sell this cover to publisher or any lover of paintaing , then in such case which tax is applicable> ? is vat or service tax ?
