Dear sir,i am from new delhi i have two members in my family me and my mother. i was married before 10 month ago according to Hindu rites and customs and out of the said wedlock no issue is born.that soon after the marriage my wife behaviour to me and my mother become cruel and she is in habbit to hurld abusive languages and after two months she left her parents home on 28/7/2013 without any rhyme or reason on the contrary my mother was very sick and lying on bed.she stay there for 3 months after three months she come back with my grand father and feeling guilty to face me then after three month her parents are come with 14 persons mother,father,brother,bua,some other cast persons etc etc then she packing her clothes jewellery or some make up.i called the pcr and go to police station for inform to police.police will give me one copy of 86b pesbandi.after 1month i give the legal notice to him for join my home she will not collect notice by registered post but she collect notice by ordinary post after 15 days i got a call from mahila thana Meerut they told me my wife filed a complaint against me and they want to meet me on 20/3/14 for counselling and treating me if i am not go there he will arrest me from my home.what can i do please help me.

Conact a lawyer personally with all documents and try to collect the complaint copy. After that file written reply of the complaint.

You should have come on your original name in the first instance itself instead of shying away with anonymous. In your case, you attend the police station accompanied with your lawyer, inform the police that it was she who voluntarily abandoned her matrimonial house and also that it was her cruel behavior and attitude that made the matrimonial life miserable to this extent. If you apprehend the police to be behind some mischief of remanding you, ask your lawyer to deal with the issue, clear the place and file petition for anticipatory bail immediately. In UP AB is not given, however you can get an order 'not to arrest'. You deal with the matter accordingly.
