Transfer of case HMA 13

Respected sir , My husband filed Hma13 in Patiala for which sommons r not served to me and I come to know thru his reply of 125 filed by me in Amritsar . I filed the application in HC to transfer the case in Amritsar and stay is applied on proceedings in Patiala . Now transfer is allowed by HC from 6 of Feb . Now how the case will come to Amritsar. Shall I have to give the order copy to Patiala court or HC will send the order to Patiala court to transfer the case to Amritsar court. Now next date is fixed in Patiala is 4th of April . If I will not attend the court in Patiala on 4th April then wat will be the harm to me. Kindly advise.

Shall I served the summons from Amritsar court when case will transfered to Amritsar ??

The order will be communicated through court. WAIT TILL IT IS DONE.
I am curious to know how could HC transfer the case when the states are different.

Sir , States r not different. Patiala and Amritsar r of cities of same state I.e Punjab.

you must have engaged a lawyer in patiala . he will inform court on said date of HC order . on basis of HC court Patiala court will forward papers and proceedings to Amritsar

No sir I hv not engaged any lawyer in Patiala. As I requested that before getting the summons I applied for transfer of case in Amritsar to HC.

On date, if you have not engaged a lawyer, you should attend the court or your lawyer from Amritsar may manage for you either he himself would appear or he would ask some representative.

If I will not attend the court what will be the harm to me. I m passing thru financial problem so unable to engage the lawyer.will it not be communicated frim HC to Patiala court to transfer the case in Amritsar.

If niether me nor my advocate will not attend the next date in Patiala court to give the order copy of transfer of case then what will be the loss to me. My finsncial position is not so good to engage or senf the lawyer to Patiala. Order copy of transfer of case is also yet to receive but case is transfered as I hv checkrd on websiteofecourts. Will the HC not send the order copy to Patiala court to transfer the case to Amritsar court. Kindly advise.

There is nothing wrong in you not attending the court at Patiala on the next date of hearing since you have stated that the summons were not served on you for the case and also that the high court has already transferred the case to Amritsar, you wait for the summons from Amritsar court and then proceed with the case.
