Hi, my father made a gift deed our own house to his business partner who is nt a relative or a legal heir. but there were no conditions put on the gift deed document. it was done in the year apr2002. the purpose of the gift is not fullfilled by the donee. also, the property is still under our possesion.
can my father revoke the gift deed?

What is the condition in gift?
The gift can not be revoked so easily and that too at the will of the maker.

Hi sir,
the donar(my father) wanted gifted the donne as a part of investment to be a partner. the donee got the property on his name and also cheated my father in business. but we still reside in this house(gifted property) which is on the name of donee.
pls help us to get our property back.

The gift deed and all other related documents need to be referred to find out if any ground exists.
Normally gift once executed, can not be revoked.

Yes, it needs to e seen. Prima facie he can file suit to set aside the gift deed it is was executed on practice of fraud.
