Hi!
Thanx everybody!
Won 127crpc.
our stage has reached mediation.
but here also I am facing problem .
my husband wants all my property but if I am asking security for me n my children in shape of money he is refusing .
and he wants FIR to b quashed I.e 498a
If I say that tell me how much monthly allowance he will give he is not ready to disclose it . And does not want anything in writing .
its just that he wants cases to b closed property on his name n I fear tmmrow he might run away. Like he did bfore but this time his handsfull.
wat shud I do?

You are entitled to 1/4th of his income as your monthly maintenance.

Until there is no compromise arrived between you both, yo may not withdraw any criminal case against him because as you said that he ran away earlier too, he may resort to the same cheating tactics once again. It is better that let him commit in writing before the court that he will pay the maintenance amount to the extent whatever was agreed by both, every month regularly and allow the time to pass for a few months, observe his activity and then decide about the pending criminal cases against him.

Don't withdraw criminal case . It will be sucidal for you. Try to collect such an amount from you husband so that you can fixed it in the Bank and can get such an amount from your Bank that can cover your monthly requirements.
