1) Can a resident of Chennai dump cow dunk in his own house terrace?
2) can't a resident of chennai use fire wood for cooking food in front of his own house?
3) My client constructed compound wall. that area is congested one and its was a narrow road. its an residential area. Slum clearance board allotted individual plot to my client. He wants court order for Not park vehicles adjacent to his compound wall.
4) can I file suit for injunction restraining neighbours parking adjacent to compound wall?
5) can I file suit against political parties who affix political posters without the consent of the house owners?

at least in mumbai no political posters can be affixed by political parties . HC has forwned upon illegal banners displayed by parties . prior consent necessary of muncipal corporation .
since it is apublic road your cleint cannot object to car parking . he should write to traffic police to restrict parking in narrow road as it leads to traffic problems

You can lodge complaint with Pollution Control Board and Election Commission against such nuisances.

1 & 2 . Local municipal laws has to be referred. You can lodge complaint with them regarding this.
3. Can not restrict any person for parking vehicle before his house till such order by competent authority is passed.
4. You may try.
5. You can display a signboard before your premises for not affixing any poster on the wall of your house.

There are lot of things which can be done on the subject,I think the author is an advocate herself and she knows the best ways to handle such issues. However, the experts advises may be followed if you are struck somewhere.

@ Mr. T. Kalaiselvan sir, yes sir I'm an advocate I tried to explain them they could not get relief in court except political poster matters. they are not accepting it. thats y asked expert opinion. I am just having 3 years experience. This client only burning fire wood for cooking and dumping cow dung in their own house terrace. they said neighbours started fighting with them and requested me to file case. if I file any case it will has no meaning at all. Thanks a lot sir
