Sir,
With due honour this is to inform that the T.A.Bills of mine of the year 2010, while I served as DI/S(PE),Siliguri , yet to be released. It was informed to me that the Bills were resubmitted to the Office of the Commissioner of School Education, W.B. as per Memo of DI/S(PE),Siliguri , No. 57/PE/G ; dt - 07/02/2012.
Now, when I requested the present Official, he clearly told me that he has nothing to do regarding that matter.
Pls, advise me what should I do to get my long pending TA Bills.
With regards,

What is the reason for the reported response of the officer? Is it that the bill is missing or some other reason?

Writ petition in high court or petition in SAT is only option now. You can though bring this to the highest officials for amicable solution for one last time.

It would be better, if you first of all get appropriate information through RTI about the action taken by the authorities on official letter No. 57/PE/G ; dt - 07/02/2012 and if no action was taken, the reason for not taking any action. That would help you to make a sound background of your case, if you decide to fight a legal battle against thye authorities concerned.

Take information about the fate of bills through RTI. agree with the expert ps Dhingra ji.
After getting the information send representation to highest officer through proper channel and a direct copy endorsed.
