In a case of 406/420, the accused in his bail application with affidavit mentioned some false facts. The court granted bail. what action / remedy available against such accused and how to proceed. whether separate complaint u/s 190/191/192/193 or complaint to the Court who granted bail.

1)accused invested crores in project, whereas they invested only 2 lacs only as per their audited balance sheet.
2)accused stated that they paid advance interest to the complainant , which was also false even their audited balance sheet also not showing any advance payment of interest.
3) accused stated that legal notice was issued by the complainant which was properly responded, whereas no legal notice was issued by complainant.
4) accused stated that there is no criminal record, but there was an another FIR against them which was under investigation....

The bail once granted is unlikley to be cancelled unless you can establish violation of the terms of bail.

The bail can be cancelled if the terms of bail are violated.

File the application for cancellation of bail thereby stating the facts which are false.U can also file complaint under section 340 CrPc before same court.
