Promotion for daily wages / time scale regularized employees

Sir,
This is to inform that 40 assistant engineers working on daily wages / time scale basis were regularized in our Department during 1993 to 1995 after completion of 10 years of service. I read in the news papers regarding Supreme Court decision on not issuing benefit of promotion of daily wages / time scale regularized employees. Is it true? is it for a particular case? Any one can please help me in getting relevant documents?

Entitled for all benefits from the date of regularisation.

Dear Gangadhara,
You are an Assistant Engineer. You should first obtain the particulars of the decision before raising any doubt. Which newspaper you read, what was the date, what did it say? Nothing is known. This is not the way to put the question.
