As our case is dismissed mutually, I would like to know whether I can demand to live with him or not, to be on safe side how can I ask to live there legally.
If he refuse to do so, what case I can file against him.

After dismissal of matrimonial suit, the situation returns to score zero and hence any of you can demand anything.
If the other party refuses, one can again knock the door of law as per prevailing situation.

You have right to stay in your matrimonial house, if not allowed you can file DV case and approach court.

Firstly, you dash into the house, if he is objecting or behaving violently, call the police immediately or you can leave an application with the police anticipating trouble in his house on your action of entering his house and you may need protection in case he or his people resort to any physical offence violent acts against you by refusing your entry or forcibly throwing you out etc. This will provide you an instant relief based on which you may develop other matrimonial activities in your matrimonial home.
