hi i live in the city of mumbai and went to new delhi to file an slp. I have filed an SLP criminal in the supreme cr of india last week and the vacation started. now I had also filed the Affidavit of urgency with my slp, but it seems every efforts are going jn vain. While I was in delhi till the 16 of may from 7 may. but had to return back to mumbai cause no dates were given to me though I had filed the affidavit of urgency and since I am in person, I am not allowed to go inside the crt premises to mention before the judge my problem that my life is in Danger. now I want my date somewere in the first week if june but am not given. can someone help me in such case.

If you were not allowed to go inside the court premises, how did you file the SLP?

I filed the slp through the registrar which is situated outside the judges crt and having gates thru which gate pass are made to get access inside the crt rooms.

Since you have decided to appear as party in person, you should be very well aware of all the procedures and formalities to be followed for the purpose, hence, consulting a supreme court lawyer for atleast knowing the formalities is no harm or as suggested by experts, you may approach the legal services authority of supreme court for free legal aid and consultation and then proceed as per their advise.

The dates and urgent dates are given by the registry and the vacation officer of that particular month engaged by the supreme crt. The vacation officer does not meet the party in person but he talks on phone only which I had tried before.
