1. If wife is working can't court ask or order for her salary/income/assets details from her? I asked this question cuz many times I have seen on this forum that husbands/victims are advised to gather and procure her salary and work details by RTI or other means. If Court can ask Husband's income and assets details why not from wife?
2.Wife came to court with Unclean Hands- What does it actually mean? Does it limited to when she hides that she is working? Does unclean hands also include: (a) if she disclosed less income/salary
(b) If she has come to court with oblige motive, of course husband has to prove it. like false 498a or DV.
3. Unable to maintain herself: unable to maintain herself means what. does it mean normal fooding, lodging, clothing and basic necessities and what if she is residing with her parents, or does it mean that she is unable to maintain herself in the manner in which she used to be at her husband's place (matrimonial house)? What If she is working and getting a good salary but 1/4th of husband's salary, is she entitled for same status?

1. Yes, wife can also asked to show her income proofs if she is gainfully employed.

make an application to court that wife be directed to file an affidavit disclosing her income and produce her income tax returns .
she is entitled to same standard of living she enjoyed as wife while staying with husband
