my wife files false 498a,323,114,dp 3-7, and she is working as a teacher in Ahmadabad municipal school( Nagar Nigam school of govt of gujarat) she is in class-3 worker category.
now i want to know in which section in RTI act 2005 husband have right to ask and get wife salary details?
how to get my wife details through RTI act 2005.?

You can ask to the Public Information officer in the office of the Chief Educational Officer of the Ahmedabad District under Section 6 of the the Right to Information Act 2005.
However, since you are asking for salary of a particular teacher (your wife) it is for the Public Information officer to get consent from the said Teacher and there after provide you information.
If the said Teacher means it as her personal information and not to be disclosed to any one, then the Public Information Officer to reject with a letter

It is not personal informatioon.The PIO is bound to furnish the salary details.

Besides the above experts views, you may file a petition before the concerned court itself seeking direction to the school authorities to produce the relevant details of her employment and status including her salary particulars. The School authorities have to obey the court order.
