maintain of wife

husband was divorced with wife, husband was not giving any maintainance to wife ..
what is the remedies available to wife.

Please suggest me.

wife can file case u/s 125 crpc fir maintenance if she is not married,

A divorced wife is also entitled to maintainance till her remarriage. She should not be living in adultery.

I too have similar views that if the dissolution of marriage through a decree of divorce was not on the grounds of adultery, she may apply for maintenance under section 125 Cr.P.C or under the provisions of Hindu Marriage act too.
