Sir my clarification is regard to family pension we are Hindu. In mutual understanding between 2 wifes regard job for first wife son and pension for second wife. We applied for pension along with family tree but in AG Office they sanction pension for first wife. When first wife is alive then second wife not eligible for pension they said. Know pension and job are they enjoying from last 10 years last 2 years back first wife also died. You have not stated whehter you intimated about the death of the first wife to the pension sanctioning authority or not along with the claim of the 2nd wife and what was the response of the AG for family pension to the 2nd wife after the death of the first wife. Second wife becomes eligibible for family pension after the death of the first wife on submission of the claim along with the death certificate of the first beneficiary.
