i have got decree and letter of admin for porperty left behind by my father who had not done nomination of the flat.
there was another claimant to this property and hence a civil court case was filed by me, now this other calimant has inducted a third party and take over my flat post court orders .
judgement (decree) came in my favour and letter of admin was issued for said property
flat has been vacant till date. The is third party is interfering with my property and creating a possesion related issue and forcefully occupying the flat as on date
i have filed an fir and case is come for hearing , what charges can be applied in such case as police is hand n glove with criminals

If the police are inactive or lethargic to your complaint, better make a representation with the higher police official and if you find even they also to be non effective, you may file an application u/s 156(3) before the magistrate court seeking their direction to police to initiate appropriate action against the culprits and for reliefs.
