Dear Mr. Chandrasekhar Chandvale,

1. Please do elaborate the relevant facts as why such deed is required to be made and that too in Goa. Of course such deed can be made lawfully and legally. The basic contention of such terms is that a when an owner of some property when desires to assign (passing of the power of transferring one's legal rights)and passes the possession of such property of his won to a another person then such deed with such terms of reference can be made.

1.I am buying a Residential Property ready for occupation from a first buyer.
2.The Builder has handed over the possession to the first buyer and they have executed Agreement of Sale.
3.Electric Meter is in the name of First Buyer.
4. My broker told me that I have to execute Agreement for Assignment of Rights with possession with first Buyer wherein Builder as a confirming party and pay the Stamp Duty Registration Charges as per prevailing rates of Goa.
5. My Broker also informed me that Sale Deed cannot be executed as the Society is not formed till date
I hope these are the clear facts.
Hence I am requesting that the procedure followed in executing Agreement for Assignment of Rights with possession is legally correct or not
