Court fees

(Querist) 19 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
I want to ask that there was an agreement to sale between A and B for the value of Rs. 20 Lakh. Later due to a dispute the case went to the court. A suit was filed. Now A has shown the actual value of the property as 18 lakh and in actual it is the same. Now I want to ask that what will happen to the court fee of deficit amount. It will be better if you could tell me the court fee in all situation of the case and the laws involved
